Collaboration

There are 3 methodologies of human interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you care to make the correct choice about your software technology, you have to understand the differences that exist between these interactions.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of data and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, whereas an interaction of collaboration is used for a change of a substance of collaboration, ex.: reaching a shared goal.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the primary purpose of the participants is to change the collaboration substance from what has been non-secured and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.
